And as I speak from experience, realise that the Lord can do more in 2 hours a week working out wholly dedicated to him than going 8 hours a week only mindlessly asking him to deal with it out of a 1,2,3, please bless me attitude, as if he's not concerned with the vessel you've let him inhabit!
Oh - in case you're in the strange faux-hyper-spiritual mindset of thinking that listening to a lost person is a no-no (as if truth and personal help cant be found anywhere and applied to your walk with Christ!) then know 2 things:

The same guy was used by the Lord particularly with this video below about 6 years ago when The Lord was hammering me useless (Jer 23.29) with hellish trial after trial after trial when I started talking the KJB literally (which I thank him for profusely - 1 Thess 5.18)
^ Logic was, if this guy can get Rom 8.28 nailed down so well and survive, how come you cant born-again Christian?, with the literal master of the universe indwelling inside you, who holds everybody's and everything's atoms together? (Acts 17.24, Rom 11.36, Heb 2.10)
